HUARACHE

Thick, handmade, oblong corn tortilla with refried beans, pan-fried, then topped with your favorite topping and garnished with shredded fresh lettuce, cilantro, fresh white cheese and sour cream.

MEXINACHOS (agapa's style)

A bed of corn chips than a layer of refried beans and topped with your favorite topping garnished with cilantro, red onion, red tomato, sour cream, mozzarella cheese and avocado.

TACOS DORADOS (4)

A yellow corn tortilla filled with your favorite filling then rolled or fold up and fried. Garnished with shredded fresh lettuce, sour cream, fresh white cheese, chopped red tomato and slices of avocado.

POZOLE (seasonal time only)

Traditional Mexican pozole is a rich, brothy soup made with hominy corn, chicken and red sauce. Garnish your bowl with toppings like shredded lettuce, slices of radish, purple onion. Served with crunchy corn chips, salsa macha (very spicy) and a piece of lime. (Adding avocado is extra)

LA GRANDE QUESADILLA (12 inches long)

12 inches handmade corn tortilla filled with your favorite filling then folded and fried. Garnished with shredded fresh lettuce, sour cream and fresh white cheese.

SAUL'S SPECIAL

A layer of shredded fresh lettuce topped with your favorite topping then another layer of shredded fresh lettuce and garnished with sour cream, white fresh cheese, onion, cilantro, and slices of avocado.

PAMBAZO

Round white bread dipped in guajillo chili sauce, pan-fried, then filled with a mix of potato & chorizo (traditional). Also, you can choose your favorite filling. Garnished with shredded fresh lettuce, sour cream, and fresh white cheese.

TACOS

Handmade corn tortilla pan-fried filled with your favorite filling and garnished with cilantro, chopped onion and a slice of lime.

SOPES

Handmade flat corn tortilla pan-fried then topped with your favorite topping and garnished with shredded fresh lettuce, sour cream and fresh white cheese.

MANGO

Served on a stick, slices or chopped with chamoy, tajin, and lime juice.
